So I can pull the trigger on a portable M1 Mac whenever that happens.įor now, however, I’d like to wind down the discussion about the M1-based Mac Mini. I’m not sure which I’ll be getting yet, but I’ve already started the return process on the Mac Mini and will be getting the purchase price back in the form of an Apple gift card. So I’m going to return it and pick up a MacBook Air (M1) or MacBook Pro (M1). ![]() ![]() But it’s clear that the M1-based Mac Mini should not be that Mac. I always keep at least one modern Mac on hand for testing purposes. ![]()
